Appellation: Suisun Valley Located on the Southeast border of Napa County.
Vineyard Designation: Ledgewood Vineyard owned and managed by Roger King.
Fermentation: 100% Stainless steel and fermented at 45°F until dry – 45 days!
Time in oak: None – Zero – Nada! Didn’t even look at a barrel.
Bottling: Bottled after fermentation was complete.

Bonus Information:
There are currently only 5 wineries in the state of California using the Suisun Valley appellation and two of them are in the Napa Valley. Thomas Michael is the only winery in the United States producing a single vineyard designated rosé from the Suisun Valley.
