Varietal: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Appellation: Napa Valley, but more specifically the narrowest sub appellation in the Napa Valley – Chiles Valley.
Vineyard Designation: Dalraddy Vineyard owned and managed by Charlotte Williamson and her family.
Fermentation: 2 day cold soak, 11 day fermentation & 11 days left on skins – extended maceration folks!
Time in oak: 18 months all French oak.
Bottling: Winter of 2005.
Cases produced: Only 95!
