Varietal: 100% Merlot.
Appellation: Napa Valley, but more specifically the next area in Napa in line for an A.V.A.
Area Designation: It is all about the Coombsville area!
Fermentation: 2 day cold soak, 10 day fermentation.
Time in oak: 18 months all French oak.
Bottling: Winter of 2005.
Cases produced: Only 50 – that’s it!

Bonus Information:

We really like this area and think it is one that is well suited for Bordeaux varietals due to the cooler climate and rocky soils
